Formed in June 1996 by a group of 43 Victorian Assessors
concerned with the representation of all Assessors in the Industrial and Instructive field with Government Authorities,
and the system of assessing candidates for the issue of National Licences.
Great assistance was afforded by the then Victorian Workcover Authority.
